Angela has been working closely with Credability Systems for the past 6 months to deepen her understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the unique role that Plan Managers play as a financial intermediary for the scheme.

Angela is a multi-award-winning business owner who has forged a successful career in public, business, and corporate life. Angela’s business experience spans more than 3 decades, with numerous awards including City of Sydney Business of The Year and 2007 Telstra NSW Women’s Business Owner Award. Angela is the founder, executive producer and host of SME TV, a YouTube Channel dedicated to giving SMEs a voice, as well as the spokesperson for the SME Association of Australia with a directory of over 240k members.
In addition to her expertise in small business, Angela brings a decade of public and political experience to the table. Her accomplishments include being twice elected as an Independent City of Sydney Councillor in 2012 and 2016. Angela made history by successfully campaigning for over 40,000 small businesses to have the right to vote in the City of Sydney council elections, marking a significant milestone. In 2018, she further cemented her dedication to small business owners by founding the Small Business Political Party, a ground-breaking move in Australian politics.
While Angela retired from politics in 2021, she continues her efforts in advocating for small business. Recently, she successfully led a class action lawsuit with thousands of small businesses to seek compensation for disruption caused by the drawn-out construction of the state government’s Sydney light rail line.

She’s learnt to embrace innovation, stay agile, and continuously evolve to meet the demands of an ever-changing market.
